🚚 Shipping Policy – Nature’s Glow

At Nature’s Glow, we are committed to getting your products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

📦 Domestic Shipping

We ship all orders through USPS. Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). However, during holidays, sales, and new product launches, processing times may extend to 2–10 business days due to higher order volumes. We truly appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Any orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Friday will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note:

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
  • Once your package has been shipped, Nature’s Glow is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages
  • If you would like signature confirmation, please contact us before placing your order

 🌍 International Shipping

Canada Shipping

We ship to Canada via USPS International or UPS. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday), with delivery typically taking 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on your location and customs processing times.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Natures Glow is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Canadian customs.
  • If a package is refused at delivery or seized by customs and not returned to us, no refund will be issued.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Other International Countries:

We are happy to offer international shipping! All international orders are shipped via UPS.

Please keep in mind:

  • International delivery times may take 7–14 times longer than domestic shipping
  • We are not responsible for taxes, VAT, customs fees, or any additional charges
  • The customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties or import fees
  • We do not calculate or collect international taxes or duties at checkout

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Verify that our products are allowed into your country
  • Understand your country’s customs regulations, duties, and import policies
